Cancellation and Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return an item within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Please call or email us before returning anything.

We recommend obtaining proof of posting. We cannot accept returns of subscription magazines or fabric cut to your requirements.

We will issue a full refund less postage. You are responsible for return postage unless we delivered in error or the item is damaged/defective.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us straight away. We will arrange to rectify the problem and refund your return postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
