Do you cut fabric to order?

Yes — most fabric is sold by the metre and cut to your requirements. Cut fabric cannot be returned unless faulty.

How long will my order take?

Allow 3–5 working days processing, plus 2–3 days Royal Mail delivery. Need it urgently? Call us on 01872-870478.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes — EU and selected worldwide destinations. See our Delivery page. For USA orders, please contact us for a tariff quote first.

Can I visit in person?

Yes! We’re at the Cornish Craft Barn, 15 minutes from Perranarworthal. Opening Monday 25th May 2026. Call for directions and hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), processed securely via Stripe.

How do I return an item?

Email or call us first — we’ll give you the return address. See our Returns page.

My order hasn’t arrived — what do I do?

Royal Mail don’t classify a parcel as lost until 15 working days (UK) or 25 days (international). Contact us at rachel@cornishcraftbarn.com straight away and we’ll investigate.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
